Lunch Set-Up

  • Monday lunch set up

    • Arrive 10:30 on Monday

    • Set up tables and chairs

    • Make drinks

    • Make Hall ready for noon crowd

Lunch Take Down

  • Monday lunch take down

    • Arrive by 12:30 on Monday

    • Take down tables and clean up

    • Wash dishes

Lighting

  • Hanging interior lights and fans at the OCC

Maintenance

  • Helping with maintenance team

Events

  • Helping plan and run upcoming events such as:

    • FAMFest​

    • Oaks Festival​​

    • Thanksgiving meal

    • Christmas Event
